Clients often do not have the added time, expertise or resources to keep up with their Corporate Records. In fact, in some instances, companies have been terminated with the Secretary of State, and in other instances clients have even been exposed to personal liability because of the condition of their company’s records.

Every day we assist our clients with an affordable system wherein we maintain client’s company records, insure that all the necessary filings are made, annual minutes are recorded, and provide important information and training throughout the year on how to protect the company’s ‘Corporate Veil’.

The Program Includes the following annual services:
      ·  Review of current company status with appropriate state agencies
      ·  Copy and maintenance of a master file of all Corporate documents.
      ·  Serving as registered agent if necessary.
      ·  Any necessary changes to appoint a Registered Agent with the Secretary of State.
      ·  Notification when annual meetings are necessary and preparation of Director and Shareholder Minutes.
      ·  Annual required State Filing
      ·  Annual newsletter with information on how to protect the ‘Corporate Veil’.

Annual Cost:
      $100 per company, plus state
filing fees and any Registered Agent Fees.
